That said, late cancellations or changes do affect our team and scheduling, so we kindly ask that you review our updated cancellation and reschedule policy below:
🗓 Cancellation Policy
50% of your service total if canceled or rescheduled 24–48 hours before your appointment
100% of your service total if canceled on the same day as your appointment
100% of your service total for lockouts (no one available to grant entry)
⏰ Friday Afternoon & Weekend Changes
Changes made after office hours on Friday or anytime over the weekend for a Monday appointment are considered within the 24–48 hour window and will be subject to the 50% fee.
🔁 Skip Visit Fee Adjustments
If you’re asking to skip a cleaning, we’ll need to adjust the price of your next visit to account for the extra time and care our techs will need:
Weekly clients: +$10 on the next visit
Bi-weekly clients: +$15 on the next visit
Monthly clients: +$25 on the next visit
📅 Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate!
Your new appointment must be within 5 days of your original service date.
If the change is made more than 48 hours in advance, there’s no fee.
